Assume the role as Project Manager and software analyst for business-critical software projects such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for construction an engineering service, Human Resource Management system implementation, Enterprise Risk Management, and Property Management System implementation.
Lead the team consists of multi-disciplinary IT executives for day-to-day IT infrastructure and technical support service, hardware and software procurement, IT compliance and standards, software analysis and development services for all 11 subsidiaries including more than six (6) project sites offices using FitSM standard and methodology.

Assist Project Manager managing integrated ERP turnkey project for UniKL which is called E-CITIE. E-CITIE is an Electronic Campus Information Exchange web-based application based on Oracle and Java, Spring Framework technology. It was deployed as an intranet as well as internet portal via secured networks. E-CITIE is used by UniKL staff, lectures, and students in nine major campuses throughout Malaysia. This system automates all major functions, procedures, and business processes into one standard workflow. This system consists of four (4) main modules which are:
Performed migration activity from the existing e-learning application (Claroline) to new advanced product (Moodle) together with effacement of the backend platform (Linux and LAMP stack). This implementation had minimized system administrator tasks on major e-learning processes and activities. The new e-learning platform has served more than 1000 students and 200 lecturers in one major campus in Kuala Lumpur.

Designed and developed Group Takaful client-server application using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL 7.0 database for the following modules:
Performed user requirement studies, design, program, User Acceptance Test (UAT), training and documentation. Perform application deployment into production server and client. Provided maintenance and support for the system and database.
Developed SQL script for actuarial report, finance, claims, marketing, and operation departments. Liaise with Bank Negara for actuarial report via business operation request. Provided reporting output using Microsoft SQL data Transformation Service (DTS) for operational user meeting and audit purposes (internal, external and Bank Negara).
Perform day-to-day operation support and administration for high volume document scanning, image indexing, image quality control and release process. In general, about 156,000 documents were scanned and processed monthly using three high volume scanners with five-module workstation.
Designed and developed prototype solution for any new project based on Optika and Ascent Capture solution. Performed product installation, administration, configuration, backup, and system troubleshooting. Performed support and maintenance for servers, databases, network equipment and Optical Jukebox.
Conduct training and product demonstration for the internal and external client. Develop presentation material and proposals for identified clients.
Designed and developed utilities and reporting systems using Visual Basic 6.0. Also, developed standard SQL scripts for any ad-hoc production reporting for management.
Plan, design, coordinate and implement Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara ("JPN") Record Management Center ("RMC") Disaster Recovery (“DR”) exercise. The DR simulates backup and data restoration process including enabling application services. The DR simulation test involves several branches where all the requested data from branches will be routed to the servers at the Disaster Recovery center instead of the Record Management Center. This project involves various shakeholders (JPN, Heitech, RMC, DR Providers) and 3 concurrent DR remote site.
Developed asset tracking system client-server application using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL 7.0 database. Prepare the system with the time alert and system acknowledgment.
Perform product demonstration to the senior management prior to the project rollout. Performed user requirement studies, coding, installation, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and training for users.
Performed on-site support for the asset tracking system. The support activity includes server and client application and database maintenance.
DImplemented a file/storage sharing solution through Linux Slackware 3.6 and MS Windows NT 4.0 operating system. The objective of the project is to provide file storage sharing between multiple platforms in the network via SMB network protocol.
Key Achievements: Obtained grade A during final year thesis presentation.
Support Gardner Group Research application product for the Data Center Department, PNB Information Technologies Sdn. Bhd. Performed system installation and customization throughout the client workstations in the department. Also, performed user training and promoted the product to the entire organization.
Developed technical diagram for Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara AFIS Project. The technical diagram provides visual representation of multiple servers and network equipment for the system infrastructure.
Work closely System Engineers to develop a single menu interface for the Digital UNIX system administrator using the UNIX shell script to interface with internal UNIX commands and other third-party product i.e. Oracle database.
Developed Cyber Library module for Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Cyber Campus Project using Microsoft FrontPage 97, WebEdit, CGI-Perl and Apache Linux Server. Also, support basic system administration for Apache and Linux servers. The opening ceremony was initiated by Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Razak, Minister of Education Malaysia.
Key Achievements: 100% module accomplishment during an opening ceremony by the Ministry of Education Malaysia.
Apart from being multiple roles such as Project Manager, DevOps and Web Developer, I enjoy most of my free time planting vegetables plant and designing the watering system for my gardern. For now, I have successfully develop irrigation and sprinker system in the gardern. A part from planting, I also love to travel with my family whenever we have the free time especially during school or festive holidays.
When I stay at home, I love to use my free time exploring the latest technology advancements in the web and mobile development world.
